You need to correct your stance/posture in my opinion so thats all i will comment on. A good swing starts with good posture/stance. It may be because of clothes you are wearing but it looks like your bending at you lower back and your legs are pertty straight. Need a little more knee bend and bend at hips keeping your back straight. Its something I am constantly fighting too. Bend at hips and poke your rear end out, get more weight on balls of feet.

Also it looks like your right foot is pointing out. Get your right foot pointing parallel to target line.
